I have GOT to remember to make my comics before I start watching a Let's Play series. I spent all day watching Let's Plays on Metroid games, Prime 3 and Other M.
Ah, but they were definitely worth it.
@BattleStarX: Who made the Let's Play videos you're referring to?
@BattleStarX: I would probably have the same problem if I could watch LPs. Thankfully for my comics, I can't.
@Jarkes: Sylux8675309 did the Metroid Prime 3: Corruption videos, while Ramza411sb did the Metroid: Other M ones.
I think today I'll watch some Skyward Sword, and I know just the person to watch for that~.
Maybe one of these days, I'll do my own. My laptop does have a decent amount of power. And my YouTube channel is kind of just sitting there. Just need a capture program like FRAPS and a cheap editing program...
@BattleStarX: Skyward Sword LP? Better be me that you're watching... *smacked*
@Ultimate Yoshi: You are. And your Groose reactions are priceless.
...Though your lack of ability to read the tutorial things when even I can at 480p and am colorblind is embarrassing and cringe-worthy.
I'm in almost finished with watching Ulti's LP of Super Mario Star Road
@BattleStarX: No matter how bad I might have been over a year and a half ago, I'm still nowhere near as bad as Egoraptor.
@Ultimate Yoshi: I don't get it. Why do people seem to hate on Egoraptor and JonTron these days?
EDIT: Yes, I know you didn't mention JonTron, but I've noticed a lot of hate for the Game Grumps recently. I know JonTron's not part of that anymore, but it seems to have extended to their main LP channels.
@BattleStarX and littlekirby61524: See, I have trouble watching Ulti's blind LPs, mainly because like many blind LP's, much of the footage is spent on him wandering around not knowing what to do. And he did a lot more blind LP's last year.
@Jarkes: It's a joke related to the Game Grumps. I personally love watching both of their work, but in Game Grumps (especially the older ones) they got very frustrated while playing games cause they didn't look at the tutorials on-screen. One classic example is during their Kirby Super Star playthrough, when they got to Milky Way Wishes, they skipped the tutorial and then proceeded to complain in every episode about how the subgame sucked because they couldn't get abilities. They only figured out how to use their permanent abilities in the second-to-last episode of the game.
@Ultimate Yoshi: Ah, I've heard about some of those. I believe another particularly infamous one was their Banjo-Kazooie playthrough.
